Training purpose of parkour balance beam

Basic balance training for purpose: straight walking, single-leg standing, lateral movement, to establish balance perception.

Precision jumping: fixed-point jumping, stride jumping, and twisting jumping, enhancing landing point control.

Advanced movements: Cat Balance, handstand support, slow handstand, strengthening core and upper limb strength.

Obstacle simulation: Simulate narrow city edges and wall edges to adapt to real combat scenarios.

Before training, check the stability of the fixing screws and supports to ensure they are not loose.

Beginners should start with a low height (20cm) and a wide surface (30cm), and gradually progress.

Wear knee/elbow pads throughout the entire process, and lay a sponge pad with a thickness of ≥5cm underneath to prevent falls and injuries.

Chasing, jumping, or performing high-risk somersaults on the balance beam are prohibited.
